Directions: 

Shake can well before use. Point nozzle towards area to be treated holding can approximately 15cm from the skin. Spray in short bursts. Massage is not required. Use sparingly as overuse may cause discomfort. Protect the face when spraying around neck and shoulders.

It can be applied up to 2-3 times a day including before, during or after exercise. See spray can for directions. Wash hands immediately after use. Massage is not required.

Keep in a cool place out of the sun. Store below 25°C.

• Methyl Nicotinate 16mg/g
• Glycol Salicylate 50mg/g
• Methyl Salicylate 10mg/g
• Ethyl Salicylate 50mg/g
